When will I be billed for your service?

For the Silver, Gold, and Platinum plans, billing occurs around the 15th day of each month for the compensation purchased for flights in the previous month.

On approximately the 5th day of each month, you will receive an email containing our CO2 calculations. This provides you with the opportunity to review them and ensure accuracy before we issue the invoice.
